Access One was created to specifically provide our clients with the best accessibility and CASp services available. We bring our clients over 30 years experience, both in the public and private sectors dealing with all aspects of accessibility laws and regulations on both the State and Federal level.  Unlike most of our competitors, every person you deal with at Access One is an experienced and knowledgeable Engineer and/or Building Official who is CASp certified. 

We are committed to assisting our clients in achieving accessibility protection, compliance and Certification. Our Managers, Tony Falcone and Jeff Nespor are highly respected accessibility professionals with many years assisting people in complying with the complex and sometimes conflicting accessibility laws and regulations.

Tony Falcone Tony Falcone, CBO, CASp
Tony Falcone is an accessibility expert with over 27 years experience.  Tony has continually focused his efforts and attention on developing, promoting, educating, enforcing and approving compliance with accessibility laws and regulations. 

His experience includes 12 years as a jurisdictional Building Official where he developed, interpreted, educated and enforced accessibility laws and regulations. He also has 15 years experience in all aspects of Building and Safety including positions as Supervising Inspector, Project Inspector, Plans Examiner, Commercial Inspector and Residential Inspector.  Tony has over 13 years of construction experience as a licensed contractor and tradesman, a formal degree in building technology and 18 professional certifications in all areas of the building codes with a specialty in accessibility.  Tony has been active with ICC, IAPMO, NFPA, ACIA, AWWA and PIPE for many years and is the current President of the ICC Ventura Chapter. Tony has long promoted accessibility and building safety.  He is a nationally published author for his many articles about accessibility and building safety, he is widely recognized for his effective presentations to elementary school children, and for writing and producing a nationally distributed video entitled “The Quiet Heroes” for the International Code Council.

Jeff Nespor Jeff Nespor, PE ,CBO, CASp,  
Jeff Nespor is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer, and has worked as a Senior Plan Check Engineer for over 12 years.  Jeff has established himself as an expert in Disabled Access, Fire/Life Safety and Structural Building Codes. 

His experience includes the review, analysis and inspections of complex commercial and residential projects.  Jeff has also provided accessibility consulting for architects, contractors and other design professionals.  Jeff has worked as a Plan Check Engineer, City Building Inspector, and acting Building Official for many building departments throughout California, Arizona and Nevada.  His experience includes enforcing, inspecting and consulting for ADA and Title 24 California Accessibility regulations.  Prior to working as a Plan Check Engineer, Jeff was a Project Engineer with a Consulting Structural Engineering firm, where he was involved in the structural design of many commercial and residential projects. Jeff graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor in Science in Structural Engineering. Jeff is an active member of ICC and SEAOSC.
